Amanda earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Regina in 2010 and returned to complete her Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2020. She has spent the majority of her career working within the healthcare system, where she has had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through serious illness, end-of-life experiences, and grief.

Amanda’s practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the practical, emotional, and relational challenges that can accompany dying, death, and loss. Whether supporting someone facing their own end-of-life journey, caring for a loved one, or coping with grief after a loss, Amanda provides a compassionate and supportive space to process difficult emotions, explore meaningful coping strategies, and move forward with hope and resilience.

Amanda works with adults (18+). While she does not provide counselling services directly to children or adolescents, she welcomes opportunities to support parents and caregivers as they navigate the unique challenges of helping a child cope with a loved one’s serious illness, death, and bereavement.
